Sóstó-Gyógyfürdők Zrt. Loyalty Card


With this card, we would like to reward your loyalty. When purchasing a ticket at our baths, have your loyalty card stamped at the cashier, and after the 10th visit, we will reward you with a gift that can be used within the validity period.

 

 

Loyalty Program Participation Rules

 

General Terms and Conditions

Anyone who purchases a ticket at the Aquarius Adventure and Park Bath, the Júlia Bath, the Hotel Fürdőház bath area, or the Lake Bath can participate in the program. Employees of Sóstó-Gyógyfürdők Zrt. and their close relatives cannot participate in the loyalty program.

Sóstó-Gyógyfürdők Zrt. may establish separate rules for periodic promotions, which will be announced in the baths and on the website (www.aquariusspa.hu).

Sóstó-Gyógyfürdők Zrt. cannot replace lost Loyalty Cards, and in such cases, a new Loyalty Card must be started.

 

Duration of the Loyalty Program

The program is valid from November 27, 2009, until revoked.

 

Description of the Loyalty Program

Our guest has their Loyalty Card stamped at the cashier when purchasing an entrance ticket to the bath. You must collect 10 stamps on a Loyalty Card by the validity date on the card, and after the 10th visit, the Loyalty Card holder will be rewarded with a gift. Only one stamp can be obtained on a loyalty card per day, even if multiple tickets are purchased.

 

The validity of the loyalty card is 3 months from the date of issue.

 

The cashier will give a stamp on the Loyalty Card in the following cases:

- at the Júlia Bath, for the purchase of a day ticket, a discounted entrance, a morning swim ticket, or an afternoon sauna ticket, as well as when redeeming adult and discounted passes and using the entry options listed on the passes.

- at the Aquarius Adventure and Park Bath, for the purchase of adult and discounted entrance tickets, afternoon tickets (including sauna), and when redeeming adult and discounted passes and using the entry options listed on the passes.

- at the Hotel Fürdőház, for the purchase of adult, discounted, or children’s tickets, and when redeeming adult and discounted passes and using the entry options listed on the passes.

- at the Lake Bath, for the purchase of adult, discounted, or afternoon entrance tickets, and when redeeming adult and discounted passes and using the entry options listed on the passes.

The cashier can only stamp the guest's Loyalty Card upon presenting the purchase receipt; this is not possible after the guest leaves the cashier. The guest must present their Loyalty Card to the cashier when purchasing a ticket.

The loyalty card promotion cannot be combined with other discounts and is not valid in conjunction with other promotions.

 

No stamp will be given on the Loyalty Card for additional services, group swim tickets, or treatments purchased with a specialist referral ticket.

 

Gift

The Loyalty Card must be stamped 10 times at the cashier, and after the 10th time, the Loyalty Card holder can claim the gift:

 

at the Aquarius Adventure and Park Bath, one Sauna World entry or one Aquarius Adventure and Park Bath entry can be chosen,

at the Júlia Bath, one Sauna entry or one Júlia Bath entry can be chosen,

at the Hotel Fürdőház bath area, one Hotel Fürdőház bath entry can be chosen,

at the Lake Bath, one Lake Bath entry can be chosen.
The chosen gift can be claimed by the Loyalty Card holder upon handing over the filled Loyalty Card at the cashier after the 10th time.

The gift can only be claimed if the 10th stamp is present on the Loyalty Card. All 10 stamps must be collected at one bath. Upon the 10th visit or subsequent entries until the expiration date on the Loyalty Card, the participant hands over the filled Loyalty Card to the cashier, in exchange for which the gift entry or sauna entry can be obtained. The cashier validates the claim process by filling in the Gift section. No stamp is provided on the next Loyalty Card upon redemption.

During the program, unlimited stamps can be collected on unlimited Loyalty Cards, and gifts can be claimed after any number of filled Loyalty Cards.

 

Conclusion of the Loyalty Program

The Loyalty Program is valid until revoked, and any termination notice will be posted at least 30 days in advance in all baths of Sóstó-Gyógyfürdők Zrt. The Loyalty Card is valid until the expiration date indicated on it. After the end of the Loyalty Program, stamps can no longer be collected, and regular customers can claim the gift based on the filled Loyalty Card until the expiration date on the Loyalty Card. After this, the Loyalty Card cannot be redeemed, and the gift cannot be claimed.
