Salt massage

Salt massage

Biological effect:

There are several types of salt. During massages, we do not use traditional table salt, but high-quality salts rich in mineral content: Himalayan salt or Dead Sea salt. These salts contain an exceptionally high amount of minerals and trace elements (magnesium, potassium, sodium, fluoride, manganese, iron, cobalt, iodine), and numerous healing properties are known.
Salt massage supports the body's self-healing ability, strengthens the immune system, plays a significant role in treating allergic diseases by cleansing the lungs and bronchi. It stimulates metabolism, detoxifies, has anti-aging effects, and helps eliminate cellulite. It refreshes and frees the skin from dead cells, replenishes it with minerals, relieves neck, shoulder, and back tension, eases muscle cramps, and reduces stress.

Treatment process:

The treatment begins with skin exfoliation. The exfoliant is a mixture of Himalayan salt and yogurt. This is followed by a Himalayan salt and coconut oil Swedish massage, and finally, a back treatment consisting of a mixture of Himalayan salt, yogurt, and honey. The treated area is covered with foil, and the guest rests for 20 minutes.

Duration:

100 minutes (10 minutes exfoliation, 60 minutes massage, 30 minutes relaxation).

Indications:

Primarily for increasing muscle strength and elasticity, boosting metabolism, and maintaining skin youthfulness and elasticity. It can also complement weight loss or detoxification programs.
