Wellness massage

Mechanism of Action:

The wellness massage has a relaxing, calming effect and is a full-body massage. It provides mechanical stimulation to the skin, subcutaneous connective tissue, and muscles, which helps release tension and stiffness from the muscles and joints, allowing the body to reach a state of complete relaxation. The metabolic processes and oxygenation of the tissues improve as blood and lymph circulation are enhanced. It warms the tissues, strengthens the immune system, relieves tension and pain, and aids in the elimination and breakdown of waste and toxic substances.

Treatment Procedure:

The patient lies face down on the treatment bed with relaxed muscles. Comfort is ensured by the face cutout on the bed. The patient remains passive during the treatment.

Duration:

Treatment sessions are available for 20', 40', or 60' minutes.
Indications:

It is excellent for musculoskeletal and rheumatic conditions. Highly recommended for guests with a stressful lifestyle. The primary goals are to enhance muscle strength and elasticity, boost metabolism, and maintain the youthfulness and elasticity of the skin. It also serves as a complement to weight loss and detoxification programs.

General Contraindications:

Cardiovascular and circulatory diseases: not applicable within 6 months after a heart attack, in cases of heart failure, or uncontrolled high blood pressure despite medication. Not applicable for phlebitis, hyperthyroidism, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, inflammatory phases of musculoskeletal diseases, incontinence (partial or complete loss of bowel or bladder control), bleeding disorders, or during menstruation. Not applicable for 5 years after cancer treatment, and thereafter only on an individual basis. Not applicable for infectious diseases, open wounds, injuries, infectious skin diseases, fever, pregnancy, or local skin changes (skin lesions, skin diseases). In cases of varicose veins, the lower limbs should not be massaged. Caution is required for bleeding disorders or when taking anticoagulant medication.
